GENERAL

  • How will I receive my confirmation number and itinerary?
    Once your trip is finalized, everyone will be able to view their event itinerary via their accounts online. They will also be receiving an email with event details.
  • How old do you need to be to travel with A&P Hospitality?
    You MUST be 18 years of age to travel and attend any of our events.
  • What does A&P Hospitality Events Include?
    Every event is different and custom made to each parties specifications. They typically include your transportation to and from the destination, hotel accommodations, and dinner accommodations.

HOTEL

  • What time is check-out at the hotel?
    Check out of the hotel is by 11:00am.
  • How do I choose my roommates?
    Roommates are chosen through the event page on the website. Each group will have a specified code to enter their event and will have access to the sign-up sheet for the rooms.
  • How does check-in work at the hotel?
    IMPORTANT CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS: Only ONE attendee in which the room reservation is under is to check in at the front desk. They must show photo ID. We want to keep this process as quick/easy as possible, and do not want chaos in the hotel lobby. THIS SAME ATTENDEE from each room must also submit a credit card for the refundable security / damage deposit (Amount TBD by Hotel) that is due at check-in per room. Credit cards are not charged, just authorized for charge. Security Deposits will not be charged as long as there is no room damage and/or incidental charge. If there is something damaged or missing from your room on when you are checking in, you MUST report this immediately to the hotel that same day or you will be held responsible for it. Any damage and excessive cleaning charges determined to be your responsibility by the hotel and/or incidental charges must be paid to the front desk prior to check-out.

PAYMENT

  • Are there any additional gratuity or is gratuity included?
    Gratuity is not included in the price however tips are accepted and greatly appreciated to anyone that serves you throughout your event.
  • Are there any additional fees?
    The trip is all inclusive in the price we give. There will be no hidden or additional fees.
  • How do I pay for my event?
    Payment methods also are different and are either accepted via check from the organization or through the A&P Hospitality website. Event participates will have a payment option through their personal account.
